Sales Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct calls with potential clients, qualifying them based on the company’s needs and capabilities.
  • Gather requirements, prepare, and present tailored proposals to clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts.
  • Collaborate with the presale team to develop effective proposals.
  • Provide timely sales reports to management, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
  • Achieve your KPIs and constantly strive to exceed expectations, showing your dedication and drive for success.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle — from independently sourcing leads, communicating with prospects, to closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
  • Grow with the company, continuously developing your skills and expertise in sales and the tech industry.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the IT industry. 
  • Ability to qualify leads, quickly understand client problems, find solutions, and comprehend their business goals.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting project proposals, as well as conducting negotiations.
  • Focus on delivering quality results. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Willingness to engage in lead generation and manage clients independently, including developing account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the tech industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Proficient in spoken English.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of two or more foreign languages is a plus.
  • Experience in outsourcing and understanding of this field is a strong plus.
