Sales Manager

Full-time The European Economic Area (EEA) • Hybrid work

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the sales closing process by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual agreements meet both client and company expectations.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Proficient in spoken English.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of two or more foreign languages is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector and our service offerings.
