Customer Support Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via ticketing system, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case statuses in the ticketing system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and the Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software configuration.
- Familiarity with:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Linux basics
- Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Networking fundamentals
- Azure basics
- Proficiency in English and Greek is essential, as we support international clients.
